Annotatsiya










Mazkur ish paxta ipining chiziqli bo‘lmagan deformatsiyalanish sharoitida uzilishigacha bo‘lgan cho‘zilish jarayonini kompleks tadqiq etishga bag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqot obyekti sifatida 20 teks chiziqli zichlikka ega paxta ipi tanlangan. Tajribalar «Tenso Master» uzilish sinov qurilmasida doimiy cho‘zilish tezligi (CRE) rejimida o‘tkazilgan bo‘lib, qisqichlarning harakat tezligi 100–5000 mm/min, boshlang‘ich deformatsiya uzunligi (L₀) esa 100–800 mm oralig‘ida o‘zgartirilgan. Sinov natijalari asosida uzilish kuchi, uzilishdagi nisbiy cho‘zilish, uzilish vaqti hamda uzilish ishi tahlil qilingan, shuningdek F–ε diagrammalarining xususiyatlari o‘rganilgan.


Sonli tahlil ip bo‘ylab bo‘ylama cho‘zilish yuklamasining tarqalishini tavsiflovchi chiziqli bo‘lmagan viskoelastoplastik modelga asoslangan bo‘lib, xarakteristikalar usuli va D.R. Hartree yondashuvi bo‘yicha tuzilgan noaniq ayirmali sxema yordamida amalga oshirilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari to‘lqin jarayonlari hamda mahkamlangan uchlardan qaytuvchi ko‘p martalik buzilishlarning tezlik va kuchlanishlarda tebranuvchi komponentlarni yuzaga keltirishini, bu esa ipning barqarorligi va uzilish mexanizmiga sezilarli ta’sir ko‘rsatishini ko‘rsatdi. Olingan natijalar material modellari parametrlarini identifikatsiya qilish hamda turli cho‘zilish rejimlarida paxta ipining uzilishini prognoz qilish uchun eksperimental-nazariy asos yaratadi.
