The journal publishes original research articles, review papers, and short communications covering general mechanics, solid mechanics, fluid and gas mechanics, soil mechanics, computational mechanics, mechanics of materials, mechanical engineering, as well as engineering applications of mechanics in construction, transportation, hydraulic systems, textile engineering, and agricultural machinery.
Beginning with Issue No. 3 of 2026, the journal's editorial policies have been aligned with contemporary international standards of scholarly publishing. Manuscripts are received and evaluated in accordance with the principles of publication ethics, transparent editorial processes, independent peer review, open access policies, and internationally recognized best practices in academic publishing.
The journal accepts manuscripts in Uzbek, Russian, and English and welcomes submissions from researchers, academics, engineers, doctoral candidates, master's students, and specialists from research institutions, universities, and industrial enterprises.
Particular attention is given to research that contributes to technological advancement, the reliability of engineering systems, the development of modern mechanics, and sustainable engineering infrastructure. The journal's scope supports priority areas of scientific and technological development and contributes to the achievement of selected United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure), SDG 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation), SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities), SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production), and SDG 13 (Climate Action).
