Open Access Policy
The Uzbek Journal "Problems of Mechanics" supports the free and open dissemination of scientific knowledge in mechanics, mechanical engineering, computational mechanics, structural engineering, transport systems, machinery, and related disciplines.
All published articles are made immediately available online without subscription, registration, access fees, or an embargo period.
Access and Reuse
Readers may freely:
- read and download articles;
- copy and share published materials;
- use articles for research and education;
- adapt and build upon published work in accordance with the applicable licence.
All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Licence (CC BY 4.0).
This licence permits sharing, adaptation, and lawful commercial or non-commercial use, provided that:
- appropriate credit is given to the authors;
- the Uzbek Journal "Problems of Mechanics" is identified as the original publication;
- the DOI or original article link is provided where available;
- any changes made to the material are indicated.
Copyright
Authors retain copyright to their articles and grant the journal the non-exclusive right of first publication.

Author Charges
Open access means that published materials are free for readers. It does not necessarily mean that publication is free for authors.
The journal’s Article Processing Charge and any applicable conditions are stated separately in the Article Processing Charge Policy. No fee is charged for access to published articles.
Deposit and Archiving
Authors may deposit and share the published version of their articles through personal websites, institutional repositories, subject repositories, and academic networks, provided that the original publication and DOI are properly cited.
The journal supports the preservation, indexing, and long-term accessibility of its published content.
